An interactive audio visualization tool for restaurant orders, featuring a waveform display, real-time transcript, and a cart for saving and referencing key audio segments.
Project Goal & Overview
Built using the Wavesurfer.js library with plugins like regions and timeline to enable rich audio interaction. Users can select and download specific audio segments, or create projects directly in Label Studio to train AI models. This solution empowered Presto Inc. to enhance its voice AI assistant, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and more efficient restaurant operations.
